The proof is in the long list of high-profile community projects completed by the cooperative and productive labor–management team of NISMACNA contractors and the highly-skilled sheet metal workers of Local 265.  The union sheet metal workers of Local 265 spend 8,000 hours as apprentices in the classroom and on-the-job learning their craft, and continue learning as journeymen through continuing education classes.

NISMACNA contractors continually attend seminars and workshops offered by their SMACNA association that give them the skills they need for expert project management.  Together it’s a labor-management team.
