Instructions for Application

1. An individual, firm, partnership, or corporation applying for membership must be primarily engaged in the business of fabricating, erecting, installing, repairing, servicing, maintaining or performing services in the categories of ventilating, air conditioning, heating, sheet metal specialties, architectural sheet metal, pollution control, material handling, roofing, engineering testing and balancing, and energy auditing and conservation and maintain a permanently established place of business within Cook and Lake Counties of Illinois.
2. Complete BOTH (national and local) membership applications and return them along with a check for $500 to:

3. Sign and return one (1) copy of the Collective Bargaining Authorization Form.
4. The application for membership will be presented to the Association’s Board of Directors for approval at its next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
5. The applicant will be notified in writing of the results.

7. Once you've become a member you may fill out this application to be listed in the directory on this website.
